Here we see the Neonclass M-Tec Team in action. In this instance Neon class Mechanically prepared a sub standard power floated concrete base, laid a 2 Coat MD16 Primer and resurfaced the substrate with 20mm Optiroc ABS 312. The floor was dry in 4 hours and ready to receive an Altro Vinyle within 3 days and no further latex or smoothing was required. |

Neonclass can install lightweight fibre reinforced polymer thin screed systems as a floating screed 20-25mm thickness over HDN insulation and under floor heating systems. Neonclass can pump up to 1000M2 per day depending on what system is required. Neonclass are owner operators of the M-Tec Duo pump systems. |
