Polished Concrete Marylebone Lane

This office flooring project in Marylebone Lane, London originally started out with poor condition, uneven concrete.

Maslens fitted brass strips to floors and staircases, epoxy primed all areas, and installed a DCP Pebble flooring system. Full 6 stage diamond grind and sealed with HTC stain protect which makes the final look a bit darker than standard seals. The stairs were infilled and diamond polished, then routed on a jig to fit the Frodo hard rubber anti slip double inserts.

All areas including front reception, lift lobbies, stairs etc were refurbished. The project was about 350m2.
